1. Website and quote requests
The website provides information and lets prospective buyers request review. A submitted form is not an accepted order, fixed price, production commitment, or guaranteed delivery date.
2. Project confirmation
Product construction, dimensions, quantities, artwork requirements, samples, MOQ, price, packaging, production timing, shipping, and payment terms are binding only when confirmed in the applicable written quote or agreement.
3. Customer materials and rights
Artwork is exchanged during the sales process rather than uploaded through this website. Customers must have the rights required to reproduce submitted artwork, marks, and other materials.
4. Production and shipping
Timing varies by product, approvals, quantity, capacity, packaging, and destination. Changes after approval may affect price and timing. Carrier and customs delays can be outside EuroserPOD’s control.
5. Custom products and claims
Because production is project-specific, cancellation, return, remedy, inspection, and defect-notification terms are stated in the approved commercial documents and applicable law.
6. Website content
We work to keep information accurate, but specifications and availability can change. Certificate and test-report scope must be read from the original documents.
