1. Information we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email, phone, company, country, product interest, sizes, quantities, timing, and message. The website does not accept artwork uploads.
2. Security and attribution data
We record the source page, referral and campaign parameters, browser information, consent version, and a one-way hash of the requesting IP address. We use this information for request attribution, abuse prevention, and service reliability; the raw IP is not stored in our lead table.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information to evaluate requests, prepare quotes, communicate about projects, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers
Website hosting is provided through Vercel. Lead records are stored in Supabase Postgres. With optional analytics consent, Google Analytics helps us understand website use. YouTube and Google Maps content loads only after user interaction where implemented.
5. Retention and protection
We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably necessary for sales follow-up, project administration, security, and legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorized systems and team members. No internet service can promise absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Optional analytics consent can be rejected when the cookie notice appears.
7. International processing
EuroserPOD operates through a US company contact point and production operations in Turkey. Service providers may process data in other countries subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
